We are now looking for two service-oriented consultants for an exciting full-time assignment in Hallonbergen. Are you structured, enjoy customer contact, and thrive in a team environment? Then this might be the assignment for you! About the assignment

We are looking for two consultants for a client in the public sector for a full-time consulting assignment through us at Bemannia. The assignment is located at the client's office in Hallonbergen, Sundbyberg, and involves work Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

The assignment starts as soon as possible according to agreement and runs from 2026-02-01 to 2026-11-30, with the possibility of extension.

There are two different roles within the assignment:

  • A consultant with reception-like tasks

  • A consultant in the role of service administrator

  • Both roles are important to ensure good service and effective handling of cases towards visitors and clients.

    Your tasks

    The work involves various service and administrative tasks. You will be an important part of the team and contribute to a professional and welcoming reception.

    Consultant with reception-like tasks

    In this role, you will be responsible for receiving visitors and managing daily service tasks related to the reception.

    Tasks include:

    • Receiving visitors and providing good service

    • Managing incoming and outgoing mail

    • Receiving and sending courier deliveries

    • Performing simpler administrative tasks

    • Working in the client's case management system

    Consultant as service administrator

    As a service administrator, you primarily work with customer contact and case management, both via phone and email. The role also involves supporting the reception as needed.

    Tasks include:

    • Answering questions via phone and email

    • Managing and following up customer cases in the case management system

    • Ensuring that customers receive quick and accurate assistance

    • Assisting the reception at certain times

    Must-have requirements
    • Completed upper secondary education

    • Structured and organized with the ability to get things done

    • Service-oriented, meticulous, and possess good communication skills

    • Experience in similar tasks

    • Enjoy working on-site and in a team

    Meritorious
    • Experience working in case management systems

    • Previous work in reception, customer service, or service administration
